Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TP53AIP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TP53AIP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher TP53AIP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TP53AIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where TP53AIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
