TP53AIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53AIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,519 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53AIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP32, LTB4R, and CCDC17. Each is linked with TP53AIP1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53AIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TP53AIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53AIP1 versus ARHGAP32 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53AIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53AIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
