TOX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,682 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO6, DIDO1, and BCL9. Each is linked with TOX3 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX3-to-partner and partner-to-TOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX3 versus MYO6 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
