Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,954 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, ARFGEF3_S1991, and DDAH1. Each is linked with TOX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX3-to-partner and partner-to-TOX3 results are reported.
