TOX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 998 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL32, ARFGAP1, and OTX1. Each is linked with TOX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX3-to-partner and partner-to-TOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX3 versus IL32 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
