TOX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC7, IQCA1L, and C20orf85. Each is linked with TOX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX3-to-partner and partner-to-TOX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC7 grouped by TOX3-low versus TOX3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
