TOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA3, ARHGAP30, and TLN1. Each is linked with TOX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX2-to-partner and partner-to-TOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX2 versus RASA3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
