TOX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK4, MAP4K1, and CARD8. Each is linked with TOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX2-to-partner and partner-to-TOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX2 versus STK4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
