Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,931 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCBE1, CD247, and CD69. Each is linked with TOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX2-to-partner and partner-to-TOX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX2 versus CCBE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
