TOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC58P2, TIMM13, and RAD51. Each is linked with TOX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX2-to-partner and partner-to-TOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC58P2 grouped by TOX2-low versus TOX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
