TOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4E, CST8, and METTL21C. Each is linked with TOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX2-to-partner and partner-to-TOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4E grouped by TOX2-low versus TOX2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
