TOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, SEPTIN1_S315, and SH2D1A. Each is linked with TOX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX-to-partner and partner-to-TOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
