TOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP47, CORT, and SNHG10. Each is linked with TOX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX-to-partner and partner-to-TOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
