TOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13D1, PRKACG, and H2BC1. Each is linked with TOX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX-to-partner and partner-to-TOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
