TOR3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOR3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,821 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, SNRNP40, and NUDC. Each is linked with TOR3A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR3A-to-partner and partner-to-TOR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
