Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,156 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III, Protein localization to phagophore assembly site, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with TOR1B in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1B-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1B results are reported.
