Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,636 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOR1A, DPM2, and ARPC5L. Each is linked with TOR1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1B-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOR1B versus TOR1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
