Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,635 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, SLCO1B3-SLCO1B7, and SNRPGP12. Each is linked with TOR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1B-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1B results are reported.
