Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Ras, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TOR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1B-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1B results are reported.
