Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,285 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear membrane organization, Mitochondrial depolarization, and Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with TOR1B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1B-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1B results are reported.
