Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TOR1AIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TOR1AIP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TOR1AIP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOR1AIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC and PRAD are the cancer types where TOR1AIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
