Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TOR1AIP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TOR1AIP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TOR1AIP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOR1AIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

LSCC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TOR1AIP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
