Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOR1AIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,256 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR1AIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP6C, TOR1A, and SURF4. Each is linked with TOR1AIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1AIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1AIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOR1AIP2 versus PPP6C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR1AIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR1AIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
