Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOR1AIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR1AIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, PIK3C2G, and PNLIP. Each is linked with TOR1AIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1AIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1AIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf52 grouped by TOR1AIP2-low versus TOR1AIP2-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOR1AIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOR1AIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
