The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TOR1AIP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOR1AIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
CESC, STAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where TOR1AIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
