Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOR1AIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,835 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOR1AIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ATP-dependent activity, Golgi vesicle transport, and Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization. Each is linked with TOR1AIP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOR1AIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TOR1AIP1 results are reported.
