TOPORS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOPORS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,265 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPORS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APTX, PLAA, and CHMP5. Each is linked with TOPORS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPORS-to-partner and partner-to-TOPORS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOPORS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOPORS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
