TOPORS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOPORS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,879 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPORS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGPEP1, ABCD2, and LINC01839. Each is linked with TOPORS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPORS-to-partner and partner-to-TOPORS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOPORS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOPORS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
