Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOPORS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,412 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPORS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein monoubiquitination, Protein localization to nucleus, and Protein sumoylation. Each is linked with TOPORS in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPORS-to-partner and partner-to-TOPORS results are reported.
