TOP3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,733 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNN, PPM1G, and PPP1R10. Each is linked with TOP3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP3B versus PNN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
