Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,929 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOP3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR65, POLR1D, and CYTIP. Each is linked with TOP3B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP3B versus GPR65 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
