TOP3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOP3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,070 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGCR8, ZNF74, and LZTR1. Each is linked with TOP3B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP3B versus DGCR8 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
