TOP3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR2, ALKBH5, and ALKBH5_S64. Each is linked with TOP3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP3A versus FXR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
