TOP3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIP1, SKA1, and ZNF367. Each is linked with TOP3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP3A versus BRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
