TOP3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, Ku80, and PCNA. Each is linked with TOP3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by TOP3A-low versus TOP3A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
