Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOP3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,230 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Telomere organization. Each is linked with TOP3A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3A results are reported.
