TOP3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOP3A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,414 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MN1, SCN5A, and PRRC2A. Each is linked with TOP3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP3A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MN1 grouped by TOP3A-low versus TOP3A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
