TOP2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, SETMAR, and SFPQ. Each is linked with TOP2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP2B versus KIAA1143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
