TOP2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,399 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS25, UBP1, and TSEN2. Each is linked with TOP2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP2B versus MRPS25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
