TOP2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETP3, SNORD66, and TOMM22P5. Each is linked with TOP2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETP3 grouped by TOP2B-low versus TOP2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
