Across TCGA cell cohorts, TOP2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 477 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GK2, OR4D1, and PRAMEF4. Each is linked with TOP2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2B-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2B results are reported.
