TOP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,253 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1_S223, SRSF6_S316, and IWS1_S365. Each is linked with TOP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP1-to-partner and partner-to-TOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
