TONSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TONSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,532 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TONSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2_S342, CPSF1, and MCM2. Each is linked with TONSL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TONSL-to-partner and partner-to-TONSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TONSL versus ATAD2_S342 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TONSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TONSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
