Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TONSL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,425 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TONSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO5, TTK, and DEK. Each is linked with TONSL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TONSL-to-partner and partner-to-TONSL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TONSL versus FBXO5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TONSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TONSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
