TONSL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TONSL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TONSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5P4P, MIR4518, and GON7. Each is linked with TONSL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TONSL-to-partner and partner-to-TONSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5P4P grouped by TONSL-low versus TONSL-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TONSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TONSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
