TONSL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TONSL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TONSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, TNP2, and ZFP90. Each is linked with TONSL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TONSL-to-partner and partner-to-TONSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by TONSL-low versus TONSL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TONSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TONSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
