Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TOMM7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TOMM7 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TOMM7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TOMM7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, THYM, and PRAD are the cancer types where TOMM7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
