TOMM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,997 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, GATAD2B, and NELFCD. Each is linked with TOMM5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM5-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM5 versus DHX9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
