TOMM5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,540 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRP2, ASPA, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with TOMM5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM5-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM5 versus RASGRP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
