Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TOMM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-14P, MIR378E, and MIR3612. Each is linked with TOMM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM5-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-14P grouped by TOMM5-low versus TOMM5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
